Refund Policy for Comsumers Only
At Sally Ann Lynch Training Tried & Tested, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Bespoke & Custom Products The majority of our products are bespoke, made-to-order, or custom-created. As such, these items are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on bespoke or custom orders unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. We would require images of any damaged packaging. Stickers are usually placed on damaged items by the Shipping companies/couriers.
Damages & Faulty Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and work towards a resolution. If we do accept the return, they must be packaged in original undamaged packaging whenever possible.
Non-Returnable Items Bespoke and custom-made palettes, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. Full images most be provided for inspection.
Digital Products & Training Materials All digital products, including online training courses, downloadable templates, and digital training materials, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. As these are intangible goods delivered digitally, they do not qualify for a return or refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (digital content exemption). Please ensure you review all product descriptions carefully before purchase. If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital content, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If a faulty item is approved for return, we recommend returning it and placing a new order once the return has been accepted. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and additional charges for loss of transaction fees may be added to the new order. The new order would need to be created manually by ourselves.
Refunds Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that refunds will be issued minus any transaction fees incurred, which are non-recoverable. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Business Purchases
The majority of our products — including face painting practice boards, palettes, brushes, templates, and training resources — are professional tools designed and sold for use in face painting and creative arts businesses. If you are purchasing in the course of your trade, business, or profession, you are not acting as a consumer and the 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to your purchase.
