Shipping Policy

At Sally Ann Lynch Training Tried & Tested, we aim to dispatch all orders promptly and ensure your products reach you in perfect condition, wherever you are in the world.

Processing Times Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving your order and payment. Bespoke and custom-made palettes are made to order and may require up to 5–7 working days to prepare before dispatch, depending on complexity and current demand. If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your timescale.

UK Shipping UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery times will vary depending on the service selected at checkout. Tracked options are available.  Please contact us if you need Guaranteed delivery and we can add your order manually. 

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail for smaller packages, and Parcelforce or UPS for larger or heavier shipments. Delivery times vary by destination and selected service. Tracked shipping options are available for international orders.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Tracking Where a tracked service is selected, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a short time for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue with the relevant carrier.
