Hi Mallory, Thank you for listening to my response on your previous review, regarding shipping and packaging.
As explained previously, we have been sending out these size boards in a tube since we created this product back in 2015. We are soon celebrating 10 years of them being available for our industry.
We have sent thousands and thousands out and they have all been sent in tubes, for their protection. This is most definitely the best way to ship these items. All you need to do, is roll them up in the opposite direction, put them back in the tube and then release them. They should then sit flat for their desired purpose.
When we wholesale these items, and still do in some places. Sadly, they would ship them very differently. We would see complaints, and reviews that the boards were damaged, because care was not taken in packaging them. Also, the tubes are not a cheap product, and hence why people won't use them to ship to their customers. We do not factor the cost of these back to our customers.
Also, I know you mentioned shipping, and unfortunately again there is nothing we can do about this as this is the charges made by our Royal Mail. We fact lose quite a bit on each transaction, from our international customers. These are for transaction charges and also currency exchange charges. This is because we value each and everyone of our customers. No matter how big or small your order is.
Our international customers, get the chance to see shipping costs at checkout before making their final purchase.
With our loyal customers, Who make further purchases, Often see little freebies in their parcels. This is our way of showing our appreciation.

When used correctly and washed correctly, this should last you many many years.
